2.3 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST, as indicated at checkout.

3.1 An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by CocoonPower.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages.

3.4 Title to the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. CocoonPower is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, destination, and external factors beyond our control.
4.3 Risk in the goods transfers to you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or handed to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
5.1 We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
5.2 To lodge a return request, you must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
5.3 Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless the product is faulty.
5.4 Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may incur restocking fees and return shipping charges.
5.5 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Warranties and Product Liability
6.1 Products sold by CocoonPower may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CocoonPower provides no additional warranties regarding product performance, suitability, or quality beyond those required under the ACL.
6.3 Our liability for product-related claims is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, as permitted by law.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
7.1 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by their country.
7.2 CocoonPower is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or seizures caused by customs authorities.
7.3 For international orders, the customer acts as the importer of record.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CocoonPower is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
