Bridgold 10pcs L293 L293D 16-pin IC Stepper Motor Drivers Controllers

The L293D is a monolithically integrated high voltage, high current, 4-channel motor driver designed to interface to standard DTL or TTL logic levels, driving inductive loads (such as relay coils, DC and stepper motors) and switching power transistors and many more. To simplify the dual-bridge application, the L293D is equipped with an enable input for each channel pair. The L293D logic has an independent power input that operates at lower voltages. In addition, the L293D also has a built-in clamp diode. The L293D is suitable for switching applications up to 5 kHz. Working voltage : 4.5-36 V Single channel output current: 600 mA Peak output current : 1.2 A L293D Other Features Number of outputs : 4 Type : Half-bridge Input Type : Normal Phase Package include: 10pcsL293D
