HOW TO CONFIRM IF YOUR DOOR OR WINDOW IS SUITABLE FOR INSTALLING THIS ALARM? 1 Check and measure whether there is a sufficiently flat surface: Require area size 2.6 x 1.9 on the door panel or window for mounting the alarm; Require area size 0.6 x 1.8 on the door frame or window edge for mounting the sensor strip; 2 The installed alarm and sensor strip should be basically on the same horizontal plane (a small amount of vertical misalignment is allowed), with a maximum gap of no more than 0.78 inch/2cm between them. Otherwise, the alarm may not function properly.
         
HOW TO ARM AND DISARM? Press Button 4 when you leave. You'll have a 30-second delay to close the door and exit without triggering the alarm. When the door opens, enter your PIN CODE within the first 5 seconds (adjustable to 10 seconds if needed) to disarm the alarm. If you don't disarm it in time, it will sound for 30 seconds.
